How long does a typical search take? +
For most roles, we deliver a curated shortlist within 8–14 days of the discovery call. Highly specialized or niche roles in data center or renewable energy can take 2–3 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront — not an optimistic one.
How many candidates will you send? +
Typically 3–5 pre-vetted candidates. We don't send a stack of resumes — we send a curated shortlist where every candidate is genuinely qualified and aligned to your environment. Quality over volume is core to how we work.
What happens if a placement doesn't work out? +
We offer a guarantee period on all direct hire placements. If a hire leaves or doesn't work out within the agreed window, we'll replace them at no additional fee. The specifics are outlined in our engagement agreement before we start.
Do you work on contract and temp roles, or only permanent? +
Both. We handle direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire across all three sectors. For contract roles, we handle employer-of-record, payroll, and compliance so you can focus on the work — not the paperwork.
